The Background

Amara Land is a wellness studio in Sofia — pilates, yoga, infrared therapy, movement classes. Small space, loyal regulars, word-of-mouth growth.

The problem was operational. Everything ran on phone calls and manual bookings. As the class list grew, the admin couldn't keep up.

The Challenge

Clients had no way to see what classes were available, book a session, or pay online. Every booking went through the phone. Every payment was handled at the desk. Staff were spending more time on admin than on the actual classes.

No way to track who was coming, what classes were popular, or which members were about to lapse. They were growing, but the systems weren't.

The Solution

We built the website and the booking infrastructure together:

1. A clean website with built-in booking — browse the schedule, pick a class, book and pay. Confirmation by email. No phone calls needed.

2. A back-end that tracks what matters — client accounts, attendance, memberships, payments. The team can see which classes are full, which members haven't been in a while, and where to focus their energy.

The Results

85% of bookings moved online. Staff got their time back. Class occupancy went up 60% because people could book at 11pm on a Sunday — not just during business hours.

Membership renewals improved 45%. Partly better communication, partly just making it easier for people to keep coming back. Manual payment handling basically disappeared.

The studio went from managing everything by hand to having a system that runs itself. They focus on the classes now, not the admin.
