Do you transfer my SEO to the new store?
Yes. We redirect each old address to its new address, and your rankings stay. We also transfer products, customers, and order history. We record your rankings before and after the move, so you can check the result yourself.
How long does a migration or a rebuild take?
We give you a guaranteed schedule in writing before you agree to the project. Your current store continues to sell during the work. We move to the new store on the last day, after all tests are complete.
Do you support the store after launch?
Yes, and most owners continue with us. One person monitors your numbers, makes the monthly improvements, and does the small changes. You do not go into a support queue. Our longest client has been with us for six years.
Do I own the store and the accounts?
Yes, from the first day. We set up the store, the domain, the hosting, and the analytics in your name. If you decide to leave, you keep everything.
