Website and online ordering for Bulgaria's go-to custom sauna and jacuzzi builder. Customers can now browse, configure, and order from anywhere in the country.

The Background

Dimiva builds custom saunas and jacuzzis across Bulgaria — residential and commercial. They're good at what they do and have the reputation to prove it.

But they had no website. All their business came through word of mouth and social media messages. That works until you want to grow beyond your immediate network.

The Challenge

Without a website, potential customers had no way to browse past projects, understand how the process works, or send a proper inquiry with their requirements. Everything went through DMs and personal email accounts.

That meant no professional email, no organized way to track inquiries, and no way for someone in Plovdiv or Varna to find them through a Google search. Leads were falling through the cracks.
