E-commerce build for Bulgaria's largest perfume and cosmetics chain. Online store that works alongside their physical shops.

The Background

Gift Zone sells perfume and cosmetics across Bulgaria — four physical shops and a growing customer base. Family business, good reputation, loyal customers.

But they didn't have a proper online store. If you weren't near one of their shops, you couldn't buy from them. That's a lot of missed sales in a country where online shopping has taken off.

The Challenge

They needed an online store that did justice to the in-shop experience — hundreds of products, proper categories, clean checkout. And the team needed to run it themselves: add products, update prices, launch seasonal promotions, all without calling a developer.

They also wanted the online store to drive people to their physical locations, not replace them.

The Solution

We built the full online store:

1. A clean e-commerce site with a proper product catalog, category pages, and a checkout that doesn't lose people halfway through. Plus a store locator so online visitors can find the nearest physical shop.

2. A system the team can manage — product updates, content changes, promotional campaigns. They run it day to day without needing us for every update.

The Results

Online sales beat their own projections by 200% in the first quarter. Customers outside their store locations could finally buy from them — that was the biggest unlock.

The store locator drove 40% more foot traffic to physical shops. People would browse online, then go in-store to try before buying. The online and offline sides started feeding each other.

Gift Zone is now expanding — more physical locations, backed by the online revenue.
