2. Services

We offer strategy, web design, and engineering services through individual project engagements. Specific scope, deliverables, payment terms, and warranties are defined in a separate written agreement (Statement of Work or Master Services Agreement) signed before any work begins. These site terms do not constitute such an agreement.

3. Use of the Site

You agree to:

• Use the Site only for lawful purposes
• Not attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorised access
• Not scrape content for the purpose of training generative AI models without prior written consent
• Not impersonate NINE TAPS EOOD or misrepresent any affiliation

4. Intellectual property

All content on the Site (text, design, code, images, logos, brand assets) is owned by or licensed to NINE TAPS EOOD and protected by copyright and trademark law. Case studies remain the property of their respective clients; we display them with permission. You may not copy, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

5. Third-party services

The Site uses third-party services (e.g. Resend, Vercel, Google). We are not responsible for the content, availability, or privacy practices of those services. Their use is subject to their own terms.

6. Disclaimer

The Site is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we disclaim all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. These terms are governed by the laws of Bulgaria. Any dispute arising from your use of the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Sofia, Bulgaria.
